FanDash (“FanDash,” “we,” “us”) operates the application at fandashapp.com (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

When you create an account we collect:

• Account details: email address, username, display name, password (hashed).
• Profile information you choose to add: avatar, bio.
• Content you create: fantasy leagues, team rosters, predictions, posts, comments, and reactions.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, device type, browser, IP address, and approximate location derived from IP.
• Payment information: if you subscribe, Stripe collects and stores payment details directly. We receive only a customer ID and subscription status. We never see or store full card numbers.

How We Use It

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To send transactional emails (sign-up, password reset, payment receipts) and, if you opt in, product updates.
• To compute fantasy scores, leaderboard rankings, and Cricket IQ scores.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.

Subprocessors

We use these third-party services to operate FanDash:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
• Vercel — application hosting and edge delivery.
• Anthropic — AI chat responses (only content you send to AI chat is shared).
• Google AdSense(free accounts only) — ad serving. Google may collect cookies and device identifiers; see Google's privacy policy.
• Cricket data providers — Cricbuzz, ESPN Cricinfo, and similar services provide scores and player data.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure usage. Free-tier users also see cookies set by Google AdSense. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.

Your Rights

You can at any time:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data by editing your profile.
• Delete your account, which removes your profile, posts, comments, leagues you own, and predictions. Email us if you also want deletion of backups.
• Export a copy of your data (email us to request).
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in any marketing message. Transactional emails cannot be unsubscribed.

If you are in the EEA, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR or the CCPA. Email us to exercise them.

Data Retention

We retain account data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Children

FanDash is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will remove it.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version.
