Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of FanDash (the “Service”) operated by FanDash (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FanDash, or older where required by your local law. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Don't share your account.

Subscriptions & Payments

  • Paid plans (Starter $1.99/month, Premium $3.99/month) are billed monthly through Stripe. Prices are in USD.
  • The one-time Extra League purchase ($1.00) grants one additional fantasy league slot for the current season only. It does not recur. The slot expires at the end of the season it was purchased for.
  • You can cancel a subscription at any time via the in-app Manage Subscription link. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.
  • We do not prorate or refund partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, email us within 30 days.
  • If payment fails, we'll attempt to charge your card again. If the payment ultimately fails, your subscription will lapse and your account will revert to the Free tier.

Acceptable Use

While using FanDash you agree NOT to:

  • Use multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards, predictions, or leagues.
  • Post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or infringes someone's rights.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or automate interaction with the Service.
  • Interfere with the Service, its servers, or other users' access.
  • Misrepresent yourself, impersonate others, or falsely affiliate with any team, league, or brand.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on FanDash (posts, comments, league names, team names). By posting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the Service. You can remove your content at any time by deleting it.

Fantasy Leagues & Predictions

Fantasy leagues are for entertainment. FanDash does not operate gambling or wagering services. Any prize pools, buy-ins, or cash competitions organized between users outside of FanDash are strictly between those users — FanDash has no involvement and assumes no liability.

Cricket data (scores, player stats) is provided by third-party data partners and may contain errors, delays, or omissions. We make no warranty as to its accuracy.

Intellectual Property

The FanDash name, logo, and design are our property. Player names, team names, league names, and match data are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy or redistribute FanDash content except via features the Service provides.

Termination

You may stop using FanDash at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your access ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, limitation of liability) will survive.

Disclaimers

FanDash is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, about the Service's reliability, accuracy, or fitness for your purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FanDash and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
