Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you subscribed on the iOS app, open Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone and manage FanDash from there. If you subscribed on the web, go to Billing → Manage Subscription inside FanDash and you'll be taken to the Stripe portal where you can cancel any time.

How do I delete my account?

Inside the app: Profile → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This immediately and permanently removes your account, profile, posts, and all linked data. Any active subscription is cancelled automatically.

My purchase didn't unlock premium — what do I do?

Open Billingand pull down to refresh. If your plan still shows "Free" after 60 seconds, email us with the Apple receipt ID (visible in your App Store email confirmation) and we'll resolve it within a few hours.
